These powerful, disease-fighting fruits are in abundance this time of year, and are available in a variety of colors and flavors. Berries have some of the highest antioxidant levels of any fresh fruit.
Blackberries & Raspberries are a sweet, nutrient and fiber rich, high antioxidant-containing sweet treat.
How to enjoy: Blend them with greek yogurt and a touch of vanilla extract, and place in ice pop molds with a popsicle stick and let freeze!
