Welcome to the Shape Your Future group schedule.
These classes are for children and families of South Shore Medical Center in Massachusetts. Classes will be held at our location at 75 Washington Street, Norwell, MA 02061.
There are two classes which we have deemed very important and are mandatory for all participants. They must be completed prior to attending any other classes. These classes are the "Fiber and Protein (Intro Class)" and "Food Labels & Behavior Change." See descriptions of all SYF classes.
All classes are offered on varying days of the week and at different times to try and make it as convenient as possible for you to choose a time that works best for your family.
