Maybe you’ve been told you gained too much weight this year or your height and weight don’t match up. When you weigh too much it can have an effect on your heart, make it hard to breathe, or hurt your joints.

As you get older and you still weigh too much it means that your heart has to work harder and could get sick or your body could have a hard time using sugar. If you have too much sugar in your blood it can cause you to have problems with your eyes, make your kidneys sick and make it hard to walk or run.
