- 2-14.5 oz cans cut green beans – or you can quickly cook frozen green beans or fresh!
- 32 Tomatoes, cut bite sized
- 1 small Spanish onion, chopped
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp oregano
- 5 shakes garlic powder (to taste)
Put everything in a large bowl and mix. Best after refrigerated 2+ hours.
