Quick and easy addition to your healthy summer BBQ!!
- 4-5 pounds red potatoes, quartered, with skins
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. Low Calorie Honey Dijon dressing
- 1 red pepper Tabasco sauce to taste
- ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 stalks celery, cut into half moons
Boil the potatoes until soft. Cool. Add all other ingredients, mix well, chill and serve.’
